Apple Assistance - Difficult

I own an Apple iPhone 6s. The handset is roughly around 2 and a half years old. The handset seems to have bent. I took the phone into the Apple iStore in Pavillion, Durban (SA) And they advised that I would need to take this up with Apple technical and product. My biggest issue is that there are no valid or useful contact numbers. I gave researched this issue and noticed that there have been other complaints about bent iPhone 6s handsets. I need to be contacted to have this matter resolved.
