Apple ***** and Apple refuses to help

I’ve tried the app to resolve to no avail, now I have to fight with my bank. There are transactions going off from my account from Apple.com, however, I am not getting any invoices for them, they don’t appear on my purchases or subscriptions. I’m apparently being charged by Apple but I still don’t know what for.

What is even worse is that even after removing my that card as part of my profile to curb the *****, I got notification for a transaction of 1499 which happened while I was in the shower with the same card I removed under payment options. Can someone please help me cos I’ve been trying to get this resolved but instead it’s getting worse.
