Almost attacked by Apple iStore retail clerk

I had purchased a macbook and iPhone 6. the sale was rushed by the clerk, and he failed to mention the 10% surcharge on returns. I took the macbook home, did more research but opened the packaging. had i known about the surcharge, I wouldn't have opened it, nor purchased it.<br> <br> I returned the macbook on the same day, refused to pay the surcharge. NkoTso (no name at this stage) saw the box in my hand, and made as if he hadn't seen me and proceeded to tell one of his colleagues to assist me knowing that this was going to escalate. I asked for the manager. The manager had a snotty attitude and started to use a standard recited line that he presumably uses on all unsuspecting customers. I then proceeded with an unexpected rebuttal about the consumer protection act as well as the non-ethical demeanour that was being exhibited.<br> <br> He then threw a tantrum when I won the argument and walked away.I confronted the clerk who avoid me and asked why? I saw that he saw me come back to the store and called him on it. He got defensive, and in fact, started to get aggressive towards me where i feared my safety.I threatened to hit me. Went back again, and he got aggressive again. So this happened twice.
