Airpod 2 earphones

I purchased a airpod 2 in February 2021. After 4 months one earphone went dead. I returned item to supplier which was under guarantee. I was advised that the problem was not under guarantee and the cost to repair would be R1200.00. I did not accept their quote and requested that my unit be returned. When returned nothing worked. This was not my unit. It was full of scratch marks. Poor very poor service
