After sale service

<p>I am so fed up with companies like Telkom Menlyn mall and Apple iPhone. My iPhone burned due to charger it's taking them more than a month to fix my phone. Due to this unexpected happening I was and is forced to close my company seeing that I'm in the traiding industry. <br />When they take your money monthly it happens in seconds or when you take out a product the transaction is executed within seconds but when after sale service is required it takes months and always an issue. <br />I'm fed up with big companies like Telkom and Apple iPhone that thinks one customer does not matter as they have plenty but remember that it was one customer that helped you in the beginning to start your mega company</p>
