Account recovery

Just lost my IPhone 15 Pro and forgot my password for my Icloud. I logged an account recovery request with them online it said wait for 24 hours, it passed 24 hours now it says I must waiting for 2 days. I called the support line ***and to cut the story short they all hide be hide processes that don't work for us clients. That for is expensive but I can't get and the service I get fro this people terrible.

There is MFA and other security majors that Apple can use but this one is also for them to make more money because you would need to buy another phone again unlike track the current one.
