Absolutely dissapointed

<p>ive had my Mac for 2 years, 1st month of having it, it turned off and never turned back on, sent it in and they replaced the motherboard and said it was a faulty one. Two months later, same story. Three months later, same story. However, then they had they audacity to say it was my fault and wouldn't fix it. I then was without a laptop for 6 months and eventually paid 5k to have it fixed. Not by Apple might I add and it actually worked for 6 months. Then, same story, wouldn't work. So sent it in and was repaired again. </p> <p> </p> <p>And NOW. I do the software update and it freezes mid way, did everything the call centre told me to do and they say I must book it it. Waiting list of a WEEK! Are you guys absolutely of out your minds, for the price we pay your products are absolute *******, we will never ever look at Apple again! R30000 on this laptop and all its problems! </p> <p> </p> <p>Everything j own is Apple and we are about to make the switch to Samsung purely because of your PATHETIC customer service! I am out of work for a week now because you are too useless to sort this out! I did a recommended software update and now I can't use my machine! </p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely furious. </p>
