Scissor 7250SL - Apple Projects Cc product

We have bought a scissor from Habby & Lace in Vereeniging for R 1600.00. Now three weeks down the line this scissor starts to give cutting problems and we were told that it will last twenty years. After six weeks we took it back to state out problem with it and they said it has to go back to the supplier, who is "Apple Projects Cc, 10 Crieff Rd, Parkview, PARKVIEW. They collected it and after a week wrote a mail stating that it is not their problem. Tough luck. They made certain accusations about the reason between the lines, but no proof, just a statement. I am taking them on now, but I am sure they will purely just ignore everything. It seems that they are selling goods to the market without any ethical approaches and hope that no one will take them on or will complain. My wife is a seamstress for more than 30 years and has never damaged any scissor she ever bough from any business. If it gets old, we move it the kitchen and there is still two left from the last 10 years. Eventually, it will go. Lets see their response to my mail and I will recall this complaint.
