Apple Floors (WORST AND MOST *********** COMPANY TO DEAL WITH)

I dont even want to give to give this company a star, they are th most useless and unforfessional company. They have no proper communication with customers or internally, You will be lucky if you actually get hold of someone in the company. They call the same day to confirm bookings and then they cancel eitjer when they are due to be t you house or after the time they told you they will be there. I have been having issues with them for about 3 to 4 months now and my problem is still not sorted out. The owner Rhulani is just as useless as his workers. He dos not answerr his phone or responde to missed calls, take forever to reply to WA messages, if he even replies to your message. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I would suggest that the suppliers for this company rethink their business as well as the bsnks that does insurance claims and use them to re install floors!!!!!!!!!!
