Apple Floors wooden floors incomplete jobs

I have paid the company in full to install wooden floors at my house, and to date still awaiting completion of the job - they come with all sort of excuses like the initial measurement during quotation are wrong, skirting is not included in the quote, etc. I have been calling their office almost every day begging them to come and complete the job - use them at your own peril - I am sough-ting legal assistance to get them to finish the job at least.
