Late delivery and suspicion of ****

I ordered a device from them and paid the full amount which was R8199.00. And they gave a me an option to chose standard deliver which is 2-3(4) days. It's been almost 3 weeks now and they are declining my calls when I call to make a follow up. I need this to be resolved
