No refund unless a sale

I'm a disabled person with MS and in May 2018 I spent R10 250 on a Macbook Pro to try to earn some money by working from home. The computer was defective and I returned it to Obie Nkuna at Apple Dude. He never sent it back to me. He has to date not refunded me. When I asked for my money, he said that he'll refund when he sells the computer. He knows that he is in breach of the Consumer Protection Act. Be very wary of Apple Dude.
