CONTAMINATION OF BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES

This individual took my laptop for repairs. When I chose to engage a different company for the service and requested the return of my laptop, he provided me with a different device. The serial number is distinctly different, and the condition of this replacement shows signs of damage, whereas my original laptop was nearly new. I have reached out to him multiple times and offered several chances for him to return my property, but my attempts have been met with silence. I even sent a formal letter of demand, and based on his ratings, it appears this is not his first encounter with such complaints. His actions tarnish the reputation of Black-owned businesses. I DEMAND THE RETURN OF MY **** YOU IMMORAL MUCK!!!!
