Very Disappointed Apple Doctor Vodacom
Apple Doctor spares are not supp**** by Apple. "Apple do not supply spares" , as quoted by the representative at head office in Cape Town before hanging up the Phone on 18 January 2019. Apple Doctor are using screens supp**** from China you are truthfully waiting your money supporting this organisation. I am surprised Vodacom are interested in providing facility's for this company to operate from I guess they are not concerned with their reputation.

Thank you for your feedback and highlighting a few points we would like to give clarity on.
Apple Doctor has no affiliation with Vodacom, however we do have technicians posted within an exclusive Vodacom dealer nationwide, Cellucity, which enables us to provide our unique one hour repair promise.
It is also important to note that all screens are manufactured in China. We use a combination of the absolute Best Quality third party screens and re-glassed originals. Regretfully at this time Apple do not sell OEM screens (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
Unlike several of our competitors we do not claim to offer OEM screens. We believe in being truthful but we ensure the user experience is not compromised within the limits of the parts available on the open market. The obvious benefit is we have been extremely successful at bringing down the cost to repair by over 70%, and will continue to do so. This is something we are very proud of in a market where consumers expect better value and great service.
