Pathetic Service! Would not recommend

Waited 5 days for my device instead of an hour repair. Upon receiving my device I noticed there are damages on the corners, when I raised it with the technician he first told me it was there, then told me it was the "only" way to get the screen out and he doesn't see the problem if the screen works.

In the end his solution was "I can put your old cracked screen back". Extremely disappointed with the service received from "Head Office".
