Iphone Battery repair

I'm very disappointed. I double checked if they have a battery for my iphone 6s, and the lady agreed that they do. I then double checked if it would be an hour, they said yes. I them chilled around waterfront from 11:15 until 12:15, waiting to pick up the phone in an hour as instructed.

Only to arrive at 12:20 and my phone isn't ready. No one bothered to call me when they realized that the battery they had left was faulty. A whole damn hour. Apple doctor consultants should have called at least so I don't waste my time waiting.
