If it ain't broke... then don't hand it in to Apple Doctor because soon it will be!

<p>I handed in my iphone 6s on the 2nd of Dec for a screen repair. It took hours to complete and then when I tried to put the phone on, I couldn't get it to work. After having my phone for over a month I was told that the motherboard was damaged, the software update wouldn't work and that my South African sim card wouldn't register!!?? I walked away because I just couldn't argue anymore! I don't know what these guys did, it was working properly BEFORE I handed it in. They just shruged their shoulders and said I need to take it to Apple themselves. They reimbursed me for the screen but wouldn't give me a working phone, as I had given them. I wouldn't recommend taking your phone to them because it will cost you a replacement phone in the end. What a croc. Perhaps you should remove the Doctor from your title Apple Doctor... or do you call yourselves that because the public are your Patients? At your mercy even if you chop off the wrong foot? The shop at the Waterfront is barely recognisable as they don't have their own shop space and the technicians are actually Vodacom's guys. What a phony and at the prices they charge!! Save your money people and rather go elsewhere. What a waste of a month and what a waste of money. They just don't care and the public are left without a foot to stand on...</p>
