Do not take your phone to Apple Doctor

Do not take your phone to Apple Doctor. they will stress you out more than your broken phone has. You will be given the run around, promises to call you back will not be kept, you will not be updated timeously and you will have to constantly call them with no solution. And at the end of it all i.e. not the claimed one hour repair later but like 3 weeks later you will finally get some feedback that your phone can not be repaird. so why the delay ??

The worst service and customer service experience at the Gardens and Maitland branches. Uninterested and *********** staff.

Stay away for your own sanity.
