DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO APPLE DOCTOR

I am disgusted with the service that Apple Doctor in Waterfront provides. I took my iPhone 8 Plus in for a cracked & inked screen repair on 30 October 2019 and as promised it was "fixed" within an hour but upon collection I realized that my phone speaker was no longer working, which is a problem it did not not have prior to taking it in. I then took it back, understanding that it could be a slight oversight. They took it back in and returned it to me within 30 minutes, and the speaker was working again. However, to my dismay some of the keys on the keypad were now not working. FRUSTRATED I took it back for the third time and keys are not functioning properly!!!!
