Bad horrible service from Apple doctor Melrose

Service sucks last year November I took my Apple s5 to their branch in Melrose for battery they said I should come back after 1hour to collect it when which i did band when i reach my house the phone did not charge i took it back that was the last time i saw it they said they will call until today last week I spoke to the manager who told me my phone's parts were missing and they have taken it to Cape Town to have it assembled ( i wonder with genuine Apple parts)d will get ot after Three days until today . I just need my phone because I paid for it and I don't owe them anything
