Apple issue

My iPhone 7 has lost all audio FaceTime , call etc I visit the iStor and iFix they tell me the same thing it’s an issue with all most iPhone 7 .. is Apple trying to force us to upgrade or what ? And how can thine fixed my phone is 2 years old !
