Service way beyond the norm

Being a Pensioner living in South Africa and an IT person that I am not, I recently managed to completely shut down my APPLE IPAD. I contacted APPLE SUPPORT and a lady by the name of DANICA JEREMIC took the case and helped me completely re-install my IPad. When I say 'helped', that is an understatement. Her knowledge and patience is second to none. Taking me through the procedures step by step, 'phoning me after every stage to make sure I was OK. Even 'phoning me the next day to make sure everything had been re-loaded. I cannot praise her enough and what an asset she is to APPLE. I really hope she reads this.
