This function hire business in polokwane charge you for delivery fee...which is fine. Their untrained staff at the counter on the day of me rentig goods told me that i would get my deposit back upon their delivery guy come to collect the items. So today he comes without my deposit and i xall the office ...they twll me it does not work like that they wil refund it in my bank...with them never even asking or confirming my banking details on ths day of renting. They just wanted to do the sale...so they can get the money. Now when i have made arrangements to do something with the deposit...now there ia nothing and the cashier just twlling me shenwould never have said it like that.. Now where would i have gotten the idea. Now i am witholding some of the items till rhey bring my money and then she calls me and sayi must bring the glassess then i will get my money or i owe them the purchase price!!! The scheme...that after i paid delivery charges of 250 and doing my side of the feal by even taking care of their products. Now it looks like i am the ***** and the meantime their employee is not trained well enough firstly she never ask to confirm my bankdetails but just said yes when they come to collect the things . So now i must suffer of their dumbness to waste more of my petrol money to go and take the things back just to get mg deposit. Very poor service delivery and unprofessional. Making me as the client looking like the wrong one . I want the world to know they mhst not do business with these unprofessionals. You just have lossess when doing bisiness with them.
