Ewald De Beer owning me R8750.

I placed an order for 17rugbyjerseys with a guy called Ewald De Beer: 27 November 2021-i paid R550 for a Allblacks warmup tshirt 02 December 2021 i paid R6500 for 13 Allblackjerseys 03 December 2021 j paid R1500 for 2 Allblacks and 1 Australian homejersey. He promised to deliver end of January,in February i called him and asked him.and he said he will send it,but he didnt.Last week Wednesday,i called him.he said he only have 5 jerseys and 1 one them was not part of my order and he insisted that i must take it,very arrogant. Asked for my banking details ,to pay the difference back and told me he will send the jerseys on Thursday but can only pay my money on the 28th of F3bruary.Monday at 10:45 i called him and asked what time he will pay,he said later in the day .At 16:00 i again called him.on his cellphone,he aborted the call,and i called his work at Nissan and he was angry and told me not to call him at his workllplace and i asked him wny he did not answer his.phone .He was very polite and told me that he wont pay me any money back. So i called his employer and explained the situation and he said he will talk to him. Can u please assist me ?
