Don't wase your time, they don't help!!

I needed a certified copy of my divorce decree and contacted Apostil.co.za in order to get a copy from the court. Peggy contacted me and asked me to send my copy, which I did. She informed me that they won't be able to Apostil the divorce decree as the old certified stamp was from 2014. I sent a reply that I didn't send the scan to be Apostilled, I wanted Apostil.co.za to get a certified copy from the court as I needed to send it to be translated from Afrikaans to English before it could be Apostilled. She then informed me that they won't be able to help as the files were in the process of being relocated to a different storage facility. I asked if she has contact details for the court and was told to search for it on the internet. Seeing as Apostil.co.za works with the courts on a daily basis, surely she could have just copied and pasted the correct telephone number?
