Can not trust their quotations or turnaround times
We got a quotation from them to have our leather couch cushions and ottomans reupholstered. They promised a 2 day turnaround time. Now, 3 weeks and and extra R1500 later, we only got our furniture back. When we pitched up unannounced during this waiting time, it was clear that they prioritised big new orders and ours were pushed aside. Good quality work, but they can not be trusted on their quotation or turnaround times. Watch out. There are other upholsterers in the area that will deliver what they promise.

However, kindly note that they do not stick to promised timelines as they prioritize bigger orders first.

12 Sept 2019, 08:34Thnx Anzelle, I apologize for the unfortunate delays but I must add that we were in constant contact with Johan and he also delayed supplying us the fabric. Pls share responsibility for the delay as well. I am glad this is sorted.
