Apollo Clothing co. - Disappointed

I ordered shoes on the 1st May 2025 and paid R1100.00 for Leather Tassel Loafer shoes and color was brown till now I haven't received my order. I called on the contact numbers on the their website and no answer and when I send email no one replies to tell me when I will get my order. To I tried to do a refund but it now giving me options.
