Service not satisfactory

I have recently ordered 11 loads of cobble bricks from this manufacturer and paid upfront more than two ago via a cleared transfer to find a slow delivery of loads while at the same time all four loads delivered so far have about 750kg of dust meaning that you don't get the full weight of bricks you paid for.
