Bad quality parts

Apollo 21 Pretoria has refused to accept responsibility for a defective turbocharger that was sold to me in April 2026 and failed approximately three months later.

I was provided with an explanation from an alleged “expert” who claims that the failure was caused by contaminated engine oil. However, no laboratory analysis or other objective testing was conducted on the oil to substantiate this allegation.

I therefore question the basis on which the “expert” concluded that the oil was contaminated and that the alleged contamination was responsible for the turbocharger failure.
