Restaurant service

Used th restaurant only. Booked for 24 people. At the time mostly 2 or 3 other tables were occupied. Most food had to be sent back, not well prepared. Raw prawns. Steaks were cold. Your food terrible. Waiter services were poor as agreed by most guests. Overall experience terrible. Great luxurious venue with a great view. Will not return. I sent an email the next day. It is now 72 hours later I received no feedback. I spoke to Molly within 48 hours she would have returned my call the same day. Nothing. They don't value customers take your money somewhere else.
