Bad service and horrible food

Terrible service for a 5-star facility. The food was just appalling, steak was dry and burnt even though I had ordered a medium done steak. The ****tail I ordered which has egg white as one of the ingredients had an off egg white. I then changed my drink to champagne which was not properly chilled even though I'd requested the waitress to ensure it's chilled even asked her to put it in the freezer. I wasted a good R1400.00
