Laying complain against them

on the 25th April 2024 we were supposed to go to Eastern Cape by bus for a funeral where we couldn't go because of APM bus which never came.it started by postponing 7to 8 pm time, we waited there as they were still changing arrival time until at 11 pm then we return back without going, they send the apology promising to us to go tomorrow on 26,we waited the whole day no update, when trying to call them ,their number does not exist up to this date and no refund.
