Stranded in Caledon because the bus is not pitching

I am stuck in the Caledon bus station for almost an hour. The bus was to depart at 20:45 at 21:54 the bus is still no where to be found. No sms, no email, no active contact number to contact and try to understand what is happening nothing.

This is my first time using this bus and I am regretting ever booking with it. Who can I contact I need to be home tomorrow morning
