POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I waited until 11pm for a bus that was scheduled to depart at 5:20pm. The bus never came and they're refusing to refund the money saying that they communicated the delay (as if that was a delay) which is not the case. I will never use their services even on a free ride, they're appalling to say the least.
