Pathetic and inconvenient service

I bought an AMP bus ticket on the 19/12/2022 for the 24/12/2022 to departure at 19H00 at Park Station to King Williams Town, when I got there I was informed the bus will be 2hrs late or more, I couldnt wait so I made other means to travel as they informed me I could use the ticket to travel back to JHB on the 02/01/2023, I was then sent an sms confirming that. I'm suppose to be travelling back today as agreed however they just sent an sms informing me that buses are postponed AGAIN to the 03/01/2023, I'm suppose to be at work tomorrow I cant afford to buy a ticket for other available buses, I want a refund and I wont be needing services again!!
