Horrible service ever

I have used this company a few times and always got satisfaction. On 31 January 2024 I booked a trip from Cape Town to East London and all went south.

The bus was late, the employees did not seem to know what was happening, employees were rude and uncarring, we got a Kalamazoo bus which was not mechanically sound, on two occasions while on route the driver was clearly asleep and veered off the path, the route taken did not make sense, we had to stop and make changes that seemed unnecessary.

From that experience I have decided to cut ties with this woeful company. Your service went from great to ****py in record time.
