Horrible service

I booked the return bus ticket from jhb to Idutywa . We were supposed to get the bus from Idutywa only receive an sms sying dat the bus has been posponed for the following day which is thw 16/10/23 mind on the day m supposed to be on duty. I had to make alternatives. I took a taxi to jhb. Then i sent then bus yicket claiming refund only receive a pathetic service from Mlungisi saying that i am not going to get my money instead i will receive the voucher bus ticket. Question is am i willing to ise their buses agian? No. Can anyone help me I need my money back .i called their call centre shame they are all the same . They will tell u about their terms and conditions regardless whatever situation might be
