disgusted and disappointed

i am disgusted with this company and furious the way this company treated me when i asked a refund because they said according to them they can not travel certain times because they wait till the busses are fully booked then they travel a certain time, if there are no people travelling that time you that have booked have to travel the time they give you and that was for the easter weekend which i have way before the time. i told them i cannot travel that time because i am travelling with a child and i am using public transport and i am struggling to travel. so i was booked with another bus service that could accomodate me so i asked a refund from APMC they said no we will give a voucher i do not want a voucher they did not say that anywhere when it comes to refund and i came to tell them i will not be using there services way before the time. i need the money because i am working short time and i need to use it for my kids and food for travelling. they are rude and do not want to assist me please Hello Peter help me.

it was the first and last time i will be using there facilities i am so disappointed.
