I booked a bus ticket for my mother for today 20th February 2023 to depart in King williams town at 15:35 to somerset west CPT ETA 5:00. My mother is stranded at the king williams town train station and we don't know if the bus will arrive and it's now getting late. No communication, nothing! . Your service sucks!
