Appalling service

I booked this bus in Oct Travelling to Durban on the 26th is December Three passengers Paid accomodation in Durban

And today The 20th of December I'm told to either travel on the 24th or 27th

The audacity of them picking a date suitable for them ,that I travel on I send an email wanting a refund now so that I can book a bus for the 26th

I'm told by BaneleN that refund takes 14days

I'm not sure how all this makes sense to them
