APMWC bus services is the worst

I got the WORST experience EVER. I booked the bus online via computicket same day I want to cancel my husbands bus reservations their website is nonsense there's no contact detail going through until I got a number from computicket. I called the number and some guy gave me another number to call for assistance. I called that number and the guy said I'll not get a refund but a voucher and I was okay with that until I got an sms stating that the bus departure for my husbands reservations is 100km away from the initial destination when I made the booking. Called the guy who was assisting me cz it was a cellphone number. When I state my case he hung up me while I was still explaining. Tried calling him again but he just hangs up or doesn't answer
