APMWC Bus didn't arrive for pick up

Please do not book this bus, it is either liquidated already or a Ponzi skeem that is at its end. I waited for the bus to leave from CPT to JHB on Tuesday the 20th Dec 2022 17:40 pm.

While awaiting an SMS was sent that the bus is an hour delayed . After 2 hours post the delayed time and attempting calls we noticed that this bus has a reputation of not picking up clients as promised. That's when we returned back.

Can someone help stop this bus from taking people's money. What makes me sad is that the people whose money or delivery is forfeited are the ones who are either trying to save money or either need this service the most.

Can someone advise the process of getting a refund from this bus both phone line and email do not seem to work( my email is queued/cannot deliver)
