Apm

I booked for four people, on our way to the bus station we received an sms stating that bus wont be inside the bus station-the bus was standing outside at the gate, after asking around for the bus and eventually we found the bus with 'kalamazoo' written on it. We were told where to wait to load the luggage and the person loading the luggage charged a fee of R50 for every bag that you had (the bags were not even 10kg per bag). The person checking the tickets was very unprofessional and any person selling things were allowed on the bus to roam and sell their stuff, the space on the bus was so small and there was no place to even put a small bag. I would not recommend any person to book this apm busses. Also the 'person in charge' told me that he he gladly give a refund if we didnt want pay R50 for bags and we would only get it the following day.
