Unpleasant treatment by a Property agent

I app**** for a flat to rent at APM Properties and I specified that I required parking, however upon my arrival I was informed by my Agent Naledi from APM Properties that there is no parking. Later on I was instructed by Rochel, the building Manager to park in an unsafe and inconvenience parking; after refusing to park there Rochel called me and I was at work, she was saying that I must go to the flat and remove my car where it was parked, Rochel was unpleasant, unprofessional and extremely rude as a result I had to organise an alternative place to park my car at an additional cost. I therefore took a decision to move out hence I require and expect my deposit to be refunded in full.
