refund for deposit

my child was staying at one their properties in princess park Pretoria, as a student from January to November 2022. I was paying 3000 sharing which makes it 6000. the deposit of R3000 was made by each in the beginning, of which was the amount we will get when we leave. but so far i have been asking for my money/deposit since December 2022 till date i got nothing. they took me from pillar to post and they don't want to give me the contacts for the finance section. pls assist if there any one who knows anything.
