Worst service at Aplus dentistry (the Marc)

If i could give negative stars i would. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism from an establishment, this was my third bad encounter with them just over the phone. 1st time i called to book an appointment the receptionist told me she will get back to me and never did. Few months down the line i decide to give them another chance but this time she got back to me after 3 days (yes, just to book an appointment), obviously i had gone to another place. The last straw was when i called again the 3rd time (weeks after the 2nd call), I called to make an appointment on a Monday - 18 Dec 2023 and asked if they take Medical aid for cleaning teeth and again the receptionist had no clue of what i am talking about and said they will ask and get back to me. 2 Hours later they responded and confirmed my booking for Friday (22 Dec 2023). Guess what, i called them to confirm whether my appointment was at 10:30 or 11:00 because i had forgotten which of the 2 time slots it is since we were discussing these.. only for them to tell me i don’t have a booking with them at all (she remembers our calls but never booked it). Horrible service is an understatement.
