ANNERIE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL

I made an appointment on Booksy then sent Annerie a message on WhatsApp to confirm then on the day of the treatment she did not respond to my WhatsApp messages or my calls and then cancelled the appointment on Booksy at the time treatment was supposed to start without so much as a curtesy call or text to let me know, the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with, or maybe she is just ****** and didn’t want to have to explain herself.
