aphones.co.za or Affordable Phones. I contacted them on their online chat to see if a phone was in stock. They said it was, so I placed an order paying with PayFast. I received emails from both aphones.co.za and PayFast confirming order and payment.

After 7 working days I tried to contact aphones.co.za via email (aphones.co.za), phone ***) and their online chat. They claim to have "Dedicated Support Quick response 24/7". Emails go unanswered. Phone calls go to a full mailbox. Online Chat has no replies.
