ORDER #COMMENCAL-SA-1065 I bought a bike online on the 18t August 2024. Nathan told me it was sold out and tried to get me to buy a bike I didn't want. Today 4 September I have yet to receive my refund. They did send a refund email on the 20th August 2024, but no fund have gone into my account. I can't believe a transaction can take this long. Beware when buying from them, rather go to them and buy but definitely not online. Too many excuses.
