I'm not happy with how this matter is being handled and I want my deposit

It's 17 days after I moved out from an apartment I was renting and I haven't received my deposit I paid R37000 for deposit they are suppose to deduct they things they need to fix which I got a a quotation of R6477 I've been passion enough the agent Tim said she send everything to the people who must release funds and they said they are processing those funds yesterday but u haven't got my money even today.. I need my money
